COASTAL VIBES VILLA is a beautifully designed villa located directly on Chalk Sound National Park and across the street from the entrance to Sapodilla Bay beach in beautiful Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands
You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the villa’s beautiful interior, boasting coastal decor, and cozy wood touches. Many windows and patio doors throughout the unit frame the breathtaking vistas of the turquoise water. Lounge by the pool on the expansive decking surrounding the villa or choose to sit by the waters edge under the palapa with your favorite cocktail.
The Villa was designed with the concept of seeing the mesmerizing view from every room! The Villa is slightly elevated, offering cool breezes from Chalk Sound. The outdoor spaces, large picture windows and sliding glass doors add to the open-air design and tranquil setting. Coastal Vibes Villa is completely private and best suited for individuals, couples, families and small group getaways.
The villa is conveniently located beside Island favorite Las Brisas Restaurant where you can try the local fish and lobster (p.s the chicken nachos are fabulous)
Sapodilla Beach is just a short 2 min. walk from the Villa. This warm shallow beach is ideal for both families with young children or couples looking to soak up the sun. Bring your favorite cocktail, supplied beach chairs and sand toys for the kiddos and take in the magnificent sunsets! The more adventurous can try the jet skis or book a boating excursion that leaves directly from Sapodilla.
Taylor Bay Beach is also close by - 4 min drive from the villa.

This luxurious property has unique living arrangements including a bedroom pod and living pod.
The bedroom pod includes 2 bedrooms each with private bath, AC and smart TVs.
The master bedroom includes a king bed overlooking the view of patio and Chalk Sound. The bathroom has an over-sized walk-in shower, separate toilet room, make-up desk, closet, and floating vanity.
The second bedroom includes an option to have 2 twin beds or pushed together as a european king. It also has the view of patio and Chalk Sound. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Invite the ocean breeze into both rooms by opening both patio doors to create a perfect Caribbean retreat. The villa sleeps 6 including a pull out queen sofa bed, which also has a view of Chalk Sound.
Guests can spread out comfortably throughout a large open concept living space, making it an ideal accommodation choice for a family or a group of close friends looking for the ultimate Caribbean getaway experience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island, large pantry, and lots of storage space; ideal for cooking your freshly caught fish! Guests can also use the outdoor grill that is located in its very own station off the kitchen.

This was my 4th trek back to the islands and this stay by far was the best. There is always pressure to pick the perfect place with amenities, location, comfortability and style…. Look no further as this property has it all! It’s a 3 minute walk to one of the top 3 beaches on the island, a 12 minute drive to the infamous Grace Bay (if crowds are your jam), a 10 min drive to the IGA and a 3 minute drive to Taylor Bay (my fave as it’s never populated).
The space itself has EVERYTHING anyone would want for the beach (chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella, kayaks, cooler) along with EVERY amenity you hope to get for the intangibles (Bluetooth speaker, twister, coffee pot, full kitchen, outside and inside dining, blender, etc). ~ Jackson October 2022 (5/5star)
The set up is also brilliant as the living pod makes it less intrusive (if you have 4 not 6 people) as the bedrooms are separated. If someone likes sunrise and someone likes brunch, the space lends itself to allow everyone to enjoy at their own pace. The AC’s are great, the BBQ grill is a plus and the deck pool is perfect to watch the clouds turn magenta with the sunsets (BTW - the sunrise view is to die for) Thank you for the great communication and for sharing your space with the planet.
BEST DECISION EVER. This was our 5th time to TCI but our first time renting a house. This place is BEAUTIFUL….better than the photos….and very well stocked with everything you need (other than your groceries, of course!). The location was excellent being a 2 min walk to Sapodilla Bay beach, one of our new favorites. Thank you Chantal, Dave and Neko for such a lovely experience!! CHANTAL AND DAVE'S HOME WAS BEAUTIFUL! The setting was breathtaking. We had a fabulous and very relaxing time.This Airbnb has everything you need and more. Our favorite restaurant, Las Brisas is in walking distance.. The staff were wonderful and so friendly.There is a beach across the street from Chantal and Dave’s home with lots of water sports to avail of.We would definitely stay here again! WE HAD A LOVELY TIME in Turks and Caicos and stayed at Chantal and Dave's home from Tue to Sunday. It was the perfect setup for our family vacation. We traveled with our grown daughters, son-in-law, and 2 year old grandson. The villa's setup is great for families. We had a few questions when we first arrived and the property manager was immediately helpful. We had originally thought about hiring a chef for main meals but the open floor plan and very well equipped kitchen negated our need. Dave and Chantal supplied a well put together packet with restaurants, maps, local beaches, grocery stores and everything you might need. On the night we wanted to eat out for a celebratory dinner, we walked to a restaurant very close to the villa for a wonderful meal. The villa came equipped with canoe, kayak and paddle board. We were out on the water every day. We had the perfect vacation and would absolutely recommend staying in the villa. The last time we were in Turks and Caicos a year ago, we stayed in one of the luxury resorts. This was our very first time ever staying in a private villa in any location. FAMILY TRIP TO PARADISE. The property was even lovelier than the photos, contactless check-in was a breeze, and the location on the Sound was spectacular. Due to the pandemic, I was solo with my 3 kiddos, and the property and location were perfect for us. My kids loved the pool and quick walk to the beach, we took the kayak and canoe to see the lizards, the internet was fast and reliable, and the beds were very comfortable. Chantal and David were very responsive while planning the trip, and Neko made sure to check-in on us when we arrived and assured us he was available should we need. "GREAT LOCATION, ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Had everything we could ever need. Our group of 4 spent many days in the pool, tanning and enjoying the most beautiful view. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS STAY WAS PERFECT. Perfect house. Perfect location where you could walk to the best beach on the island in 3 minutes, walk next door for great seafood and cocktails, go out on Chalk Sound for a paddle and wake up to an amazing view. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all, this is the place for you. Coastal Vibes is a completely self-contained villa that boasts all of the amenities one would expect in paradise: comfortable living and sleeping pods, enormous deck space, modern kitchen and equipment, and amazing views. Add to that access to the Chalk Sound and an amazing beach right across the street, there’s really no reason to go anywhere else, unless stocking up on groceries, dining out in amazing restaurants, or exploring some of the other beautiful beaches on the islands. -Mateo July 2021 (5/5 star)
We just returned from our stay at Coastal Vibes Villa, and it was fantastic! The accommodations were modern, spacious, comfortable, clean, and inviting. Everything we needed was made available by our hosts! The location was excellent, and we loved our private beach space and all the outdoor recreational equipment. The service was excellent and Neko, the property manager, stopped by on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. We can't say enough good things about our time at the villa and the accommodations and look forward to staying there again in the near future! Family of 5 stayed 8 nights at the Coastal Vibes Vila in April 2021. Owners communicated clearly and quickly from booking to departure. Property manager greeted us on arrival, explained things about the house and the surrounding area and was available for any questions throughout our stay. Owners responded to any questions almost immediately. E-Book with local info, restaurants and attractions was provided prior to arrival and contained useful information. On arrival we found a bottle of wine on the kitchen counter - nice welcoming touch. The place was clean and recently remodeled. Kitchen was fully stocked with all neccesities and beyond. This was our second trip to T&C and we wanted to stay away from the big resorts and touristy beaches and restaurants due to Covid. This place served that purpose very well. It was quiet and we felt safe at all times. House has a security alarm system and a safe to store valuables. Picturesque Sapodilla beach is a 3 minutes walkaway and the villa sits on the blue lagoon with good views. Private swimming pool is a huge plus. Area is a mix of large ocean view villas, small clusters of villa resorts and some small houses of locals. Car is needed to get around to explore the island. Restaurant Las Brisas is just a short walk nearby and on some nights there was live music that was enjoyed right from the villa's swimming pool. Drinks and some food can be purchased on the beach during the day. Sunsets were phenomenal to behold. We had a nice stay at the Coastal Vibes Villa.
